Compact portable filtration units

When welding or grinding away from a fixed workstation, source capture is necessary. The MAXICART unit is easily manoeuvrable to the desired location with the help of swivel casters and push handles. The cartridge cleaning is a snap, simply push the palm button to discharge the compressed air from the integrated air tank. MAXICART has large dust trays at the bottom and is emptied when needed. The backward inclined fans deliver great air volume while the foam insulated steel cabin runes quietly. MAXICART portable unit can be equipped with one or two MAXAIR fume arm. The unit may also be connected to a ductwork arrangement for remote source capture. The MAXICART portable filtration unit is designed to serve single or double workstations quickly and efficiently with no requirement for duct installation or major structural modifications.

The MAXICART is a plug and play type of unit and is shipped fully assembled. It only requires the mounting of the MAXAIR fume arm on the cabinet air inlet. The high efficiency cartridges allow the recirculation of clean air back into the facility. This unit has outstanding features such as spark resistant primary filter, high efficiency cartridges, carbon final filter, self-cleaning by air pulse with push button, starter with overload protection, and castors with foot brakes.

This system operates on high voltage only.
