MAXICLONE collectors use cyclonic action to separate dust particles from the gas stream. In a cyclone collecting system, the dust gas stream enters at an angle and is spun rapidly. The centrifugal force created by the circular flow throws the dust particles toward the wall of the cyclone. After striking the wall, these particles fall into a hopper located underneath. A high pressure fan sits on top of the cyclone and be connected to an after filter system for clean air recycling into the facility, or the remaining fine particles can be dispersed in the atmosphere. Large and medium size particles are usually collected into drums underneath the cyclone but can also be dumped into a container by means of a rotary valve. MAXICLONE collectors are shipped fully assembled except for the support structure and fan.
