Lead times

This section will guide you in planning the delivery of some of our equipment. The variation of lead time and availability is tied to the amount of orders we may have and that are in the process of being prepared for shipping. A.Q.C.'s staff joins all efforts to meet and/or exceed the needs for prompt and on time deliveries. All quotes indicate lead time and customers are weekly informed on status of their orders.

AQC dust collectors

Maxiflo - Pulse cartridge collectors
Maxivibe - Shaker type collectors
Maxiply - Manual shaker collector
Maxitube - Pulse bag collectors
Maxiclone - Cyclones

Most of our dust collectors are built as per the application or the customer's requirements. Depending on size, blower selection and safety features, most of AQC's collectors are ready within 4 - 8 weeks. On a few occasions and emergencies, we have been known to deliver a dust collector within a 2 week time frame.

AQC source capture equipment

Maxair - Fume arms - Fume arms come in different diameters and lengths. Since the Maxair fume arms have the pole position and are built on a daily basis, AQC can usually ship this product within 2 - 5 days. Larger quantities (25 and more) and tube material may cause variation but should never exceed 3 - 4 weeks.

Maxireach - Extension booms - Extension booms, single or double pivot, are also the kind of products that are very much in demand. This type of equipment is usually equipped with Maxair fume arms, Maxireel hose reels or Maxidrop hose drop systems. If an order is processed with such equipment, we usually ship the matching equipment at the same time. However, it has been requested in the past to ship Maxireach booms ahead of time as to speed up the installation. Fume arms, hose reels and hose drops may be shipped at a later date. Usual lead time for booms : 1 - 3 weeks.

Maxibench - Work benches - Work benches are standard self-contained filtration units. Unless special equipment is required like explosion proof motors or special starters need to be added to the benches, these systems are usually ready to ship within 1 - 2 weeks.

Maxiroll/Maxicart - Portable filtration units - Availabilty for the portable filtration unit sis the same as for the downdraft benches. 1 to 2 weeks.

Maxirail - Exhaust rail - This type of equipment usually requires Maxair fume arms or Maxidrop hose drop systems. They also may be shipped ahead of time just like the Maxireach extension swing booms. Lead time is usually 2 - 4 weeks.

Maxitop - Ceiling filtration units - Ceiling filtration units are usually equipped with Maxair fume arms for source capture. Fume arms are readily available but Maxitop units require 3 - 5 weeks lead time.

Maxireel - Exhaust hose reels - A.Q.C. always keeps hose reels components in stock. We assemble them as per the customer's application. There is a big demand for this type of equipment and can usually ship this equipment within 1 - 3 weeks.

Maxidrop - Exhaust hose drop systems - Very little assembly is required for this type of equipment. A.Q.C.'s stock of hose is impressive so a very short lead time is required on Maxidrop hose drop systems. Shipping is usually 2 - 3 weeks if not in stock.

Maxidrive - Fans - A.Q.C. supplies this type of fan for all of our source capture equipment and we only need to install the motor before shipping. Depending on voltage requirement, the Maxidrive fans may be shipped within 1 week.

NOTE on lead times : It has to be considered that holidays (Christmas, New Year or summer vacations) may cause variations in lead times. Also, lead times do not include freight traveling time. Freight traveling times do not usually exceed 4 days for any north american destinations.
