Maxiflo dust collectors for easy,
fast and economical long-term dust collection

The design of the Maxiflo dust collectors is unique and highly advanced. Duct collector baffles separate particles and direct them evenly toward each filter inlet, maximizing use and thereby generating substantial savings.

This procedure, which was developed by AQC's Department of Applied Research, provides superior filter-cleaning efficiency, prevents the clogging of filter surfaces and considerably extends their service life, resulting in savings throughout the Maxiflo dust collector's entire useful life.

In addition, the unique design of Maxiflo cartridge holders maximizes the useful filter surface, which helps save on filters. The R&D Department at AQC also developed a pulsing system that cleans the entire surface from one end of the cartridge to the other, thereby regularly restoring full filter capacity for maximum dust collector use.

The Maxiflo filtration system ensures optimal equipment operation by keeping the air/filter ratio constant, which extends the service life of filters by up to 50%. Depending on the application, this can lead to an overall decrease of 10% to 20% in equipment operating costs.

Only Maxiflo offers a large number of storage hoppers for rapid dust disposal. Dust collection material is stored in hoppers and barrels, trays or portable tanks.

Compared to traditional dust collectors, this Maxiflo downflow dust collection model generates substantial savings on installation. Since equipment is almost completely pre-assembled in the plant, installation time is reduced to a minimum.

Dust collection equipment can sometimes trigger explosions that are powerful enough to destroy entire buildings and cause death. Maxiflo is safe, because the explosion vents assembled at the plant are selected according to the NFPA standard for each type of dust collectors' application.
